No. InnerRise Therapy is a 100% telehealth practice, offering secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions to clients across Michigan. You can access care from the comfort and privacy of your own space

The standard out-of-pocket rate for a 60-minute session is $80.

Sessions are available:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Evening availability may be offered depending on clinician

Therapy is typically held weekly to start, though session frequency can be adjusted to your needs and progress.

It depends on clinician availability. We do our best to schedule new clients within 1–2 weeks of inquiry.

All payments are processed securely through the TherapyNotes client portal. Payment is due at the time of service, including any and all copays required by your insurance plan. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• If you miss a session or cancel late without notice, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the session rate may apply for the first occurrence.

• Any additional missed or late sessions may be billed at the full session rate.

All fees are billed at the discretion of the assigned therapist, based on the circumstances.

We currently provide therapy for to children, teens, and adults!

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, except in rare cases where disclosure is legally required (e.g., safety concerns, abuse). We follow all HIPAA guidelines to protect your privacy.

There are a few situations in which I am legally obliged to break confidentiality in order to protect the safety of a client or another individual. These include:

• Risk of harm to self or another person

• Suspected child abuse or neglect for a minor under the age of 16 (I am legally obligated to report to Children’s Aid Society under the Child and Family Service Act)

• A court of law subpoenas clinical records regarding an incident (if possible, I will contact you before releasing any information).

Yes. Our assessments are completed by credentialed therapists and are designed to meet the standards of probation officers, attorneys, judges, and the Michigan Secretary of State. We’ve worked extensively with legal professionals to ensure our evaluations are comprehensive, respectful, and compliant.

Yes — all evaluations are done through secure telehealth sessions. Clients can complete their full assessment remotely, and we provide any required documentation (written reports, recommendations, etc.) electronically.

The cost for evaluations such as substance use assessments, anger management evaluations, domestic violence assessments, and driver’s license reinstatement evaluations is $250. These assessments are not covered by insurance.

Assessment results are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks of the evaluation session. If you need your report sooner, we offer an expedited option: receive your completed assessment and documentation within 3–5 business days for an additional $100 rush fee.
