Alexander Ivory, LLPC, MA, CADC
Founder, InnerRise Therapy
Alexander is a Licensed Limited Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 6 years of experience supporting adults navigating recovery, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief, as well as individuals involved in the legal system. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oakland University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands.
Alexander is a person-centered, CBT-based therapist who blends empathy with structure to help clients create meaningful and lasting change. His approach focuses on building insight, challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, and developing practical tools to manage emotions, relationships, and stress. He is especially passionate about helping those facing recovery, legal mandates, and significant life transitions reconnect with their values and move forward with clarity.
Sean Corbin, LPC, MA, MPA, CADC
Clinician & Consultant, InnerRise Therapy
Sean brings over 30 years of experience in behavioral health and the justice system, having served in roles such as Chief Probation Officer, Juvenile Services Director, and Owner/Program Director of Cognitive Consultants. He holds dual master’s degrees in Public Administration and Integrated Recovery for Co-Occurring Disorders and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Sean has worked extensively with treatment courts across Michigan and is the creator of the Dynamic Risk and Needs Assessment (DRNA) used by several courts statewide.
Sean provides therapy for individuals dealing with recovery, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, domestic violence, and legal system involvement. He utilizes CBT-based approaches including Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), polyvagal theory, and parts work, and is trained in multiple evidence-based models for both individual and group work. He also offers specialized clinical assessments and consultation for courts, attorneys, and clinicians across Michigan.
Traci Doran, LMSW

Traci is a Licensed Master Social Worker who brings compassion, insight, and a client-centered approach to her work with individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. She creates a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing. Traci draws from a range of evidence-based practices to help clients manage symptoms, increase self-awareness, and build skills for lasting emotional wellness.
With a strong background in community mental health, Traci supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and recovery from substance use or trauma. Her clinical style is both relational and structured — blending deep empathy with tools that foster real change. Whether working with clients one-on-one or in a group setting, Traci is dedicated to walking alongside each individual as they reconnect with their inner strength and values.
Kassi Jordan, MS, LLPC

Kassi is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She is committed to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Kassi utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to their emotions.
Cristina Garza, LLPC, CAADC

Cristina specializes in depression, anxiety, recovery, grief, self-esteem issues, and communication and conflict resolution skills. She has over 20 years of professional experience in counseling, substance use treatment, child protective services, and adult foster care.
Cristina uses CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Grief Counseling to support adults in building healthier coping skills, improving relationships, and navigating life’s challenges. She is known for her warm, empathetic, and steady therapeutic approach.
Kleo Kenyae Butler, LLMSW
Clinician, InnerRise Therapy
Kleo is a warm and client-centered clinician who specializes in anxiety, trauma, depression, and developmental disabilities. With experience providing intensive in-home therapy and supporting children, adolescents, and families, Kleo uses CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and TF-CBT to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier emotional regulation.
Kleo’s style is supportive, patient, and collaborative. They create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. While experienced with children and families, Kleo is open to working with clients of all ages.
