What the Program Targets
Why CBT?
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals recognize harmful thinking, build emotional regulation skills, and develop better decision-making. When paired with support, CBT has been shown to reduce recidivism by up to 38%.
Low Risk: 6–10 sessions
Moderate Risk: 12–18 sessions
High Risk: 24+ sessions
All sessions follow a structured curriculum rooted in the Dynamic Risk and Needs Assessment (DRNA) model.
